Terms and conditions of use

Version 1.0, in effect since September 25, 2026.

This document was written in Spanish. Translations are provided for ease of reading; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the site netzi.tech. By using it you accept these conditions. Any development services you contract with Netzi are governed by the contract we sign, not by these terms.

Use of the site

You may browse the site and use the form to contact us. It is not permitted to use it to send illegal, offensive or advertising content, to attempt to access non-public areas, to extract data in bulk or to interfere with its operation.

Contact form

Sending a message does not create any contractual relationship and does not oblige us to accept a project. Proposals, prices and timelines are binding only when set out in writing in a contract or a signed offer.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Purchases, refunds and right of withdrawal

No products are purchased, no services are contracted online and no payments are made on this site. For that reason, the e-commerce rules on withdrawal or refunds do not apply here. When a service is contracted, those conditions are agreed in writing in the corresponding contract and comply with the applicable consumer protection rules.

Intellectual property

The content of the site is protected as explained in the legal notice. Using the site does not grant you any rights over the trademarks, texts, illustrations or code of Netzi.

Warranties and liability

The site is provided "as is", for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Netzi is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from service interruptions or from the content of linked third-party sites. Nothing in the foregoing limits the rights that consumer protection laws grant you on a mandatory basis.

Changes

We may modify these terms to adapt them to legal changes or changes to the site. The version in effect is always the one published on this page, with its version number and date.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, unless you are a consumer and the rules of your country of residence allow you to bring the matter before your own courts.

These terms were written in Spanish; translations are for information purposes only.
